Bay Area Mahatmaos would GREATLY appreciate if all attendees would register for for Guru Purnima and Youth Shibir! In order for our organizers to make proper arrangements we encourage mahatmaos to REGISTER by May 20th!!!!!

Jai Sachchidanand Sangh and Bay Area Mahatmas are extremely humbled and excited to announce both Guru Purnima and JSSY Shibir 2012 to be held at Jain Center of Northern California in Milpitas CA. Bay Area Mahatmas whole heartily welcome all JSSY to attend the Shibir and each and everyone to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima.
Listed below are the logistics that each ATTENDEE and REGIONAL COORDINATOR is advised to note.
IMPORTANT YOUTH SHIBIR INFORMATION
1. JSSYouth Shibir will be held at Jain Center of Northern California in Milpitas, CA from June 30 (noon) thru July 2, 2012 (noon).
2. JSSYouth Shibir is for members aged 5-45!
3. Transportation and Hotel Accommodations will be provided for each member who REGISTERS before MAY 15th!
(It is the responsibility of each regional coordinator to make sure each member who plans on attending Youth Shibir is registered and accounted for)
4. Transportation will only be provided from San Jose Airport (SJC) on June 30th.

IMPORTANT GURU PURNIMA INFORMATION
1. Guru Purnima will be held at Jain Center of Northern California from Sunday, July 1 morning until July 3rd evening (Guru Purnima is for ALL ages!)
Please note that this year we have exciting programs on the July 3rd (GP DAY) evening. Plan your return on July 4th.
2. REGISTRATION MUST be completed NO LATER than MAY 20th, 2012!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY!
Regional coordinators are responsible to account for EACH ATTENDEE (all ages, including SENIORS) from their region!
3. Airport and Hotel accommodation information is listed on the Guru Purnima 2012 website (provided below) everyone must arrange their OWN accommodations!
