In my case i can not be in present , i do always think about the future.. and go into tension… means always in worries.. i couldn’t be in present so iam not able to enjoy the present moment.

  2. Neel Mehta Says:

Extremely important for people like me who keep on worrying about the future and keep on planning all the time and in doing this I miss my present. Hope to get this in practise.

  3. Shaila Krupa Karuna Says:

Jai Sachchidanand… Dada Bhagavan Na Aseem Jai Jai Kar Ho!!!
Living in the present moment is the BEST way to take care of the past and the future. Nature is continually serving us up the opportunity to “right” our “wrongs” since that is what we actually are here to do as human beings! We have an existence due to the karmas we bound in ignorance; hence, the present mind-speech-body. If our “nischay” is to clear the accounts and attain total and absolute freedom, then what manifests in the “present” moment is the ONLY way to clear the accounts.

When the mind wander or worries, the best way to bring it back to the present is to breathe deeply, look to the ‘Dada’ within and re-gain focus by engaging in silent but potent devotion.

The past is truly dead, the only way it has life is if we breathe life into it! When the flashes from the past arise, it is wise to wash them clean with the divine knowledge of the five aagnas, confession, apology and repentance. Nothing comes into the realm of the universe of the mind-speech-body without a demand that needs to be filled. If we live in the present moment, we are able to fill the order from our dispensary appropriately. If not, we miss the opportunity and it just adds to the already pending list of prescriptions that need to be filled! So, rather than allow panick, stress, anxiety, and worry to set in, while the mind-speech-body is healthy and able; it is wisest and in our best interest to attend to the matters-at-hand with full sincerity and morality.

By living in the present moment, the past automatically becomes a respository of reflections from which wisdom is gleaned and the future is not at all something to worry about!!!

The only way we can be ‘knower-perceiver-seer’ is by living in the present moment! Hence, the five aagnas are the platinum KEY to unlock the floodgates to living in the ever-fresh, ever-blissful and ever-compassionate state of “SHUDDHATMA”!
The only way to make sense of this nonsensical world is the FIVE AAGNAS. The FIVE AAGNAS enable us to remain in the present moment without allowing the pesky disturbance of murky intellect to cloud our vision and the discharging kashayas lose their foundation and dissipate without a trace!

Varas Aho Dada Na Akram Jando Farkavajo!!!
Jagat Kalyan Ho… Jagat Kalyan Ho… Jagat Kalyan Ho…
